4. COURSE ACCESS

Upon successful payment:

• Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased course content.
• Access validity shall be for the duration specified on the Website at the time of purchase.
• Presently, the "Luxury Catering Mastery for Large Scale Events" masterclass includes:
  Fee: INR 2,999/-
  Access validity: Three (3) months from date of enrollment only.

Course access may not be extended unless expressly approved by us. We reserve the unrestricted right to modify course pricing, content structure, duration, bonuses, availability, or access terms at any time without prior notice.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree:

We reserve the right to Monitor login patterns, Track IP/device usage, Detect abnormal activity, Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in misuse.

No refund shall be issued in such cases.

8. ANTI-PIRACY & CONTENT PROTECTION

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording course videos, screen recording, taking unauthorized screenshots, downloading protected content,
• Uploading content online, sharing content on Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Drive, torrents, or social media,
• Republishing any material, reproducing course systems or teaching methods commercially,
• Using AI tools to reproduce or clone course material, reverse engineering course structure.

Any violation may result in immediate termination of access, permanent blacklisting, civil legal action, criminal proceedings, copyright infringement claims, injunctive relief, monetary damages of a minimum Rs. 5,00,000/-, and recovery of legal expenses. We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, CHARGEBACKS, OR EXCHANGES SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING: change of mind, lack of usage, failure to complete the course, dissatisfaction, technical ignorance, time constraints, business outcomes, financial reasons, or inability to implement teachings.
