This Refund, Cancellation & No-Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through www.vedangshah.com ("Website", "Platform", "Services").

The Website is owned and operated by Vedang Shah, a sole proprietorship operating in India.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any course, masterclass, digital product, or service available on this Website, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Policy in its entirety.

If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not purchase or access any service offered through the Website.

1. Nature & Strict No-Refund Policy

1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES

The Website primarily offers:

  • Digital educational courses,
  • Online masterclasses,
  • Video-based training programs,
  • Hospitality and catering business education,
  • Downloadable resources,
  • Educational consulting content,
  • Proprietary training systems and methodologies.

These are intangible digital products delivered electronically and made accessible immediately or shortly after successful payment.

2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

ALL PURCHASES MADE ON www.vedangshah.com ARE FINAL. WE MAINTAIN A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY. NO REFUNDS, REVERSALS, REIMBURSEMENTS, OR CREDITS SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEPT WHERE MANDATORILY REQUIRED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

This policy applies irrespective of:

  • Usage status, completion status, satisfaction level,
  • Business outcomes, technical understanding, financial condition,
  • Personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, accidental purchases,
  • Change of mind, lack of implementation, failure to attend live sessions,
  • Failure to view course content, dissatisfaction with content style,
  • Inability to generate expected results, market conditions,
  • Device incompatibility, internet limitations, geographic restrictions,
  • Language preferences, business failure, closure of business operations.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing any course or masterclass, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing access to proprietary digital educational content;
  • Digital content can be consumed, copied, retained, or misused immediately after access is granted;
  • Once access is granted, the value and confidentiality of the digital product cannot be recovered;
  • The transaction therefore becomes irreversible and non-refundable.

You further acknowledge that immediate access to course material constitutes full and valid delivery of services, and your right to cancellation terminates upon receiving access to digital content.

4. COURSE ACCESS DETAILS

For the "Luxury Catering Mastery for Large Scale Events" masterclass:

  • Current fee: INR 2,999/-
  • Access validity: Three (3) months from date of enrollment unless otherwise stated.

Failure to utilize course access within the validity period shall not create any obligation for refunds, extensions, replacements, credits, or renewals.

5. NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Refunds shall not be granted for:

  • Change of mind, impulse purchases,
  • Misunderstanding of course scope, different expectations,
  • Preference changes, lack of time,
  • Personal scheduling conflicts,
  • Failure to review course description before purchase.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing all available information before purchasing.

6. NO REFUNDS FOR DISSATISFACTION

Educational preferences and outcomes vary between individuals. Accordingly, refunds shall not be granted due to:

  • Dissatisfaction, perceived lack of value,
  • Teaching style preferences, content structure preferences,
  • Presentation preferences, voice/audio preferences,
  • Course pace, existing knowledge overlap, expectations mismatch.

3. Results, Technical Issues & Non-Usage

7. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

We do not guarantee:

  • Catering contracts, revenue generation, client acquisition,
  • Event bookings, business growth, profitability,
  • Operational success, employment opportunities, return on investment.

Refund requests based on lack of commercial or financial success shall be rejected. Individual business outcomes depend upon numerous external factors beyond our control including:

  • Skill, effort, market conditions, economic conditions,
  • Execution quality, competition, pricing strategy,
  • Geographic market, customer demand.

8. NO REFUNDS FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES CAUSED BY USER

Refunds shall not be granted for issues arising from:

  • Slow internet connections, device incompatibility, browser issues,
  • User technical ignorance, forgotten passwords, expired access periods,
  • User negligence, failure to follow instructions, third-party app issues,
  • Email delivery problems caused by spam filters, inability to use digital platforms.

Users are responsible for ensuring adequate internet access, compatible devices, basic technical capability, and correct email/mobile information.

9. NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO USE COURSE

No refunds shall be provided because:

  • You did not start the course, did not complete the course, or forgot to access it,
  • You lacked time, your priorities changed, or you became busy,
  • You failed to implement teachings or did not attend live components.

Non-usage does not invalidate the transaction.

10. NO REFUNDS FOR LIVE SESSION NON-ATTENDANCE

Where any live webinar, mentoring session, Q&A session, or event is included: Failure to attend does not entitle the user to refunds, rescheduling obligations shall not arise, and alternative timing requests may be refused at our sole discretion.

4. Chargebacks, Payments & Violations

11. NO CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing from www.vedangshah.com, you agree not to initiate:

  • Fraudulent chargebacks, bad-faith payment disputes,
  • Unauthorized transaction claims after legitimate purchase and access.

In the event of a chargeback attempt, we reserve the right to:

  • Revoke course access immediately, permanently blacklist the user,
  • Share relevant records with payment processors, contest disputes using platform evidence,
  • Initiate legal recovery proceedings, recover legal fees and associated costs.

Evidence used in dispute defense may include: IP logs, device records, login timestamps, access history, video consumption analytics, payment confirmations, email communications, course activity records.

12. PAYMENT FAILURES & DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

If a genuine duplicate payment occurs due to payment gateway malfunction, banking system error, or technical duplication, we may, after verification, issue a reversal of the duplicate transaction only. This shall not apply to intentional repeat purchases, multiple enrollments, user errors, or subscription misunderstandings.

13. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

We reserve the unrestricted right to suspend transactions, deny access, cancel enrollments, retain evidence, and report suspicious activity to authorities where fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment usage, or suspicious conduct is suspected. No refunds shall be issued in such cases.

14. COURSE TERMINATION FOR POLICY VIOLATION

If user access is terminated for piracy, password sharing, abuse, misconduct, intellectual property infringement, illegal activities, harassment, or platform misuse—NO REFUND SHALL BE PROVIDED. Termination due to user misconduct does not extinguish legal liability.

  • Shall not create precedent,
  • Shall not obligate future exceptions.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of rights.

  • You understand the no-refund nature of the services,

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Vedang Shah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from purchases or inability to use services. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user.
